The Busy Buzzy Bee’s programme (The 3B’s) aims to boost pupils’ self-esteem so that they can make more progress in their academic subjects. It has had a positive impact. On Friday afternoons, we have specific PSHE lessons (personal, social, health, economic education) as well as going into our 'Busy Bee' groups for 'character building' tasks and activities, aligned to our school's vision and values. We finish the week at Lindhead with a Friday afternoon assembly with our 'Busy Bee' winners.
Our newest Bee is "Proud Bee". Proud Bee is our response to some of the gaps we identified in learning after the pandemic. Proud Bee is designed to help our pupils focus on pride and presentation in their work, help them feel proud of their efforts, and be proud to be a part of Lindhead School!
